DELIVERY
Your Parnell Mooney order will be packed and dispatched 1-2 days after you have placed your order. During busy periods, and over bank holidays, deliveries may take a little longer to dispatch.
We ship with a tracked service – a tracking code will be provided after your order has been dispatched. If you experience any issues, please contact shop@parnellmooney.com.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
You will be charged duties and taxes specific to your country when you receive your order. These are the responsibility of the customer.
You might be contacted by your local customs authority, so please be aware if they are trying to get in touch with you. We are not responsible for your package once it has arrived in your country.

RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your order, you have 14 days to return it from the dispatch date. If you would like to make a return, please contact us first at shop@parnellmooney.com to receive the relevant paperwork.
The shipping cost and duties of the return will need to be paid for by you. We advise you to get a proof of posting in the form of a tracking number, as we are not responsible for returned products which fail to reach us. Please ensure the return is in unused condition, with all tags and original packaging.
On receipt of the return, we will aim to refund you within 7 days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns on underwear.
